Ponies Are a Princess' Weakness

Attn: Copic marker users

I bought this unassuming bottle of “boku-eki” ink at Daiso yesterday for USD1.50, tested it, and found that it works extremely well with Copic markers, in terms of resisting alcohol dilution and maintaining matteness.

Only downside is that even though it says on the bottle that the ink is permanent when dried, it still is not 100% waterproof, so have to be careful when mixing media (or make sure the white paint for highlights is thick enough to not affect the ink).

So verdict: Highly recommended, considering how bloody cheap it is.

(Maybe I should start a series of ink compatibility with Copic reviews since I can’t resist buying different brands >_>)
